Return and Exchange Policy: 1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to exchange the product presented to him by the store within three days from the date of receiving the product, and he does not have the right to exchange the product after the three days have passed. 2- The condition for exchanging the product is that the product be in good condition and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained its benefit, and the store has the right to inspect the product before exchanging it to ensure its safety, and the consumer bears the cost of shipping if he wants to exchange the product, and in international exchange, the consumer bears all shipping costs and delivering the product to the shipping company. If there are defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated. The consumer does not have the right to exchange the product in the following cases: 1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer's request or according to specifications he set, excluding products with a defect or that violated the specifications set by the consumer. 2- If the product consists of digital services or cards. 3- If the contract involves purchasing digital products. 4- If a defect appears in the product due to poor handling by the consumer. 5- Electronic devices are non-returnable once the box is opened. If there are defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated. The consumer does not have the right to return the product in the following cases: 1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer's request or according to specifications he set, excluding products with a defect or that violated the specifications set by the consumer. 2- If the product consists of digital services that have been used. 3- If the product is a professional service that requires working on it and preparing it for the client to benefit from. 4- If a defect appears in the product due to poor handling by the consumer. 5- If the customer wishes to return the product, he agrees and understands that a 30% inspection and other service fees will be deducted from the paid amount, in addition to the cost of modifying the router, which is non-refundable. Professional and Special Service Policy: Router modifications. Modifying the router voids the warranty provided by the agent. Router modification is done by connecting direct links to the internal antenna ports directly and does not affect the router's operation. If there is a manufacturing defect in the router, the technician is not responsible for that. Modifying the router impairs the operation of internal antennas, and the router will not work without an external antenna. If installing the antenna for customers who require router modifications, connecting the modification cables with thermal welding, the customer agrees that returning the router to its previous state may affect its operation without the antenna, and the paid amount for the service is non-refundable. Installation may require pulling the router before the scheduled time, and in some cases, installation may take one or more visits until the installation work is fully completed. Internal cable extensions. Extending internal antenna cables (with home extensions) is the responsibility of the electrician and is not part of the network specialization. Extending internal cables prevents the refund of the cable value if the customer wishes to return the product. Installation and polarization adjustment. Installation warranty is three days from the date of installation. There are no maintenance contracts, and the customer must request maintenance services. Maintenance services for customers installed by the store are discounted by 50%. The customer must notify the store via communication channels and technical support of any problem within the warranty period. Appointments and maintenance are carried out according to the available maintenance schedule, and the store is not obliged to provide immediate maintenance service, as it is committed to other customers' schedules. The store has the right to postpone the customer's appointment in case of circumstances beyond the store's control, and the customer is contacted three hours before the appointment and informed of the postponement, with a new appointment scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours. The customer has the right to fully refund the paid amount if he wishes to cancel the appointment entirely.
